Milestones Celebrations are user-based events that send Slack messages to channels and users (Slack members). These events are triggered by employee milestone dates such as birthdates and work anniversary dates.
Milestones are automated Slack messages that are triggered when a specific employee milestone (date field) occur. Through the Milestones web application, admins can select which dates matter most, which employees to include, and which destination(s) to send a Slack message.
Milestones was designed to be as flexible and unique as your company's culture. Currently, users can create Milestones events for birthdates and work anniversaries, as well as create time-based reminders and notifications prior to those specific dates―managers can thank us later for never forgetting their employees milestones again.
